A look at how I started playing golf in 2025, my favorite games, and how I balance school with golf!
My golf adventure started in 2025 when my family went to hit balls at a driving range. My dad gave me a lightweight pink junior club, and I took a big, happy swing. The ball went flying straight down the middle of the fairway! I loved the sound of the ball hitting the club and fell in love with the game right away.
I am currently in 2nd grade! Balancing reading lessons, math worksheets, and playing tag on the playground is so important. My family makes sure I finish all my spelling homework and eat my vegetables before we go play golf. We practice chipping in the backyard and playing fun putting target games.
My dad tells me that the most important part of golf is how many high-fives I give! I am learning to always shake hands and say "great job!" to my family and friends when we finish playing, help search for lost balls in the grass, and keep a big smile on my face, whether the ball goes in the hole or lands in a sand bunker.
Meet my wonderful support team who make every practice range session a fun adventure!
Mom packs the best range snacks (especially sliced apples and juice boxes), drives me to practice, and takes all the fun videos of my swings. She is my biggest cheerleader on and off the course!
Dad is my swing guide, practice caddy, and official foam ball retriever! He introduced me to golf, guides my setups, and carries my pink junior bag. He is also the master of high-fives!
A lighthearted look at my favorite things on and off the golf course.
A fresh strawberry smoothie! It is my favorite refreshing reward after a sunny practice session on the range.
A shiny star coin my best friend gave me. I place it behind my ball on the green to lock in my focus.
Nelly Korda. She has the smoothest swing in golf, and I love watching how relaxed and happy she is during competition.
My golden retriever puppy, Barnaby. He loves running around the backyard and retrieving my soft foam practice balls.
